The mission of the Humboldt Folklife Society is to teach, celebrate, and encourage participation in folk and traditional arts.

As a tiny volunteer-driven organization, everything we do is thanks to musical patrons such as yourself. Your support is critical for Humboldt Folklife Society to continue providing music to sustain the community.

2026 Membership

The organization has expenses such as insurance, bookkeeping, storage and website maintenance, which add up over time. Membership gives Folklife the funds to do these things. Members receive discounts on tickets for all HFS co-sponsored events as well as both summer festivals.

Members renewing before July 4th, 2026, are eligible for pre-sale tickets before general public for Folklife Festival concerts. Tickets will be available at humboldtfolklife.com starting June 20th! You will receive a donation receipt with a code included for ordering tickets early. Renew or join today!
