HUAYLLIPACHA- (why-lee-pacha) which means "Singing to the Earth" is a musical group formed by Peruvian brothers. We perform both, traditional and contemporary music of the Andean region of Peru and also from other South American countries. Our melodies, performed with ancient instruments such as zampoñas, bombos and quenas, will take our audience to an imaginary journey to the highlands of South America.

Dessert First- "Dessert First" embraces the notion that we should not wait to enjoy the good things in life, one of which is making music! The music we perform is an eclectic mix of original tunes as well as folk and soft pop covers. Sharing the joy music brings us is a true privilege and drives our performances. In recent years, Tracy and Steve have been working to add more harmonies, and share the lead vocal role, thereby diversifying Dessert First's sound!

Brothers DeMarkov- A mostly acoustic, eclectic band playing folk, country and some blues and soul. Many originals from Jeff DeMark.

Fred and Wilma- Fred and Wilma create a big, fun sound performing songs arranged for drums and guitar, with tight two part harmonies. Peggy Martinez's soulful voice brings the song to life, and plays the drums just right. Jeff Kelley's strums and picks full sounding guitar, and adds a second voice where one belongs. Fred and Wilma share their mutual love for a diverse range of folk, rock, country and R&B with joy, finesse and energy, and sing of love, pain, passion, and humor.

Bosporus- Bosporus is a Humboldt Bay Area trio that plays music from the Eastern Mediterranean region. We focus on songs that reflect the diverse, ancient folk traditions of that region. Most of our songs come from Greece, Türkiye, Armenia, Tunisia, and Bulgaria.

Moonstone Ramblers- Moonstone Ramblers- The members of the Moonstone Ramblers met at a weekly local bluegrass jam in Arcata, and played for bluegrass brunch at a local Cafe on Sundays, they all share the joy of playing music together. The repertoire consists of bluegrass standards and fiddle tunes with acoustic stringed instruments and tight vocal harmonies. The Moonstone Ramblers embody the spirit of the California bluegrass community, with each member trading off singing lead and harmonies. Though they officially formed as a band recently, most of the members have been playing music and singing in various bands for a long time. Their spontaneous, collaborative spirit creates a familiar and refreshingly new sound.

Chubritza- Chubritza was founded in 1993 in Arcata, California. Chubritza is the name of a Bulgarian table spice which is usually served as sharena sol, a mixture of savory, salt and paprika. The name reflects the band's variety and mixture of international musical tastes and textures, while retaining a Balkan and Eastern European emphasis. Chubritza plays international dance music for folk dance events, weddings, bar mitzvahs, cultural celebrations, parties and festivals.

The Crying Hearts- An old time Americana duo (traditional old time covers and originals songs)

Drop of the Pure- Upbeat acoustic folk music with some of Humboldt's GOAT players (as the kids say)

Tony Khalife & Nick Peters- Blending a lifelong search for musical truth into all forms of world music, Tony weaves a seamless vibrational flow in which the drone and ragas of Indian music and the resonance of devotional Sufi dances  meet Western harmonies to flow into the different pulses, melodies and expressions of all forms of music Tony has mastered.

Bayou Swamis- Cajun/Zydeco dance band with swampy originals

The Songs of Loretta Lynn with Siena Nelson and the One Night Stand Country Band- Vintage County playing the songs of the great Loretta Lynn.

Rise and Bloom- Rise & Bloom's homegrown origins began after two farmers met at a local market. Matt Brunner (fiddle, vocals) & Ben Perone (banjo) soon discovered they're shared love of the old time fiddle & banjo traditions of a century ago.

After a decade of playing in barns and campers, around fires and in bars, they were joined by Kelsey Perone (guitar, vocals) who brought steady rhythm and sweet harmony to the romp and howl.

In recent years, two of Humboldt’s finest old time players (& Matt's band mates from Cidermill, and long time dance band favorite The Striped Pig Stringband), Brian Letts (guitar), and Cisco Haggerty (bass) have jumped in to add the big bounce and groove that completes Rise & Bloom's foot stomping, old trance dance tunes, tones, and songs. Rise & Bloom is a pre-bluegrass, traditional old time stringband from Humboldt County California

The Cowtown Sound- The Cowtown Sound play a beguiling blend of American traditional music, mixing honky-tonk, old-timey jazz, and rock & roll. Led by songster Daniel Nickerson, this group of friends play regularly around the county, serving up oldies and originals in the Cowtown style.

Elderberry Rust Stringband- We are an acoustic psychedelic folk band that explores improvisational takes on American folk traditions.
